CONSEIL EQUITABLE  cares about your privacy and protects your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR. You will find below information on your rights and on the measures that we implement to protect your personal data.
 

We limit the collection of personal data to what is strictly necessary according to the needs. Your email or any other information we obtain is collected only and directly from you as part of our exchanges. Your personal data that you communicate to us is included in our files and is not shared with third parties. 

You have the right to consult and rectify your personal data communicated. To exercise this right, contact us at didier(a)conseil-equitable.com or at our postal address.

  • Sales / Rental

On this site, you can rent the photographic exhibition "another look" for a duration of 15 minutes, in digital format for a duration of 48 hours. The rental is subject to Belgian VAT on artistic works at a rate of 6%.

The total or partial reproduction of the works present on this site is strictly prohibited.

If you would like an invoice, please send your request todidier@conseil-equitable.comspecifying the date of your purchase, be sure to provide all the information you want.

 

  • Refund Policy

Reimbursement of rental costs is only possible in the event of a technical and observable impossibility of viewing the digital work. After purchase, the rental is open for 48 hours. In case of technical problem please send a request to   didier@conseil-equitable.com within 72 hours of purchase by providing proof of the impossibility of having viewed the video by any means (screenshot for example). Conseil-Équitable will send you a private link with an access code allowing you to watch the video and not lose your purchase. This link will be automatically deactivated after 48 hours.

 

In certain exceptional cases, if you prefer to be reimbursed, the reimbursement will be made on a pro rata basis – excluding service charges of 1.9% and 30 euro cents. The transfer will be made to the account used for the purchase within two months. To be admissible and to request a refund, an email accompanied by your RIB/IBAN must be sent to the following address:didier@conseil-equitable.comwithin 72 hours of purchase by providing proof of the impossibility of having viewed the video by any means (screenshot for example) or by explaining the detailed reason for your refund request. Equitable Counsel reserves the right to judge the admissibility of the request in good faith.

 

No refund can be made on the basis of a non-appreciation of the video for example.
